The location of this place is amazing, situated in a lovely area, and the friendly staff here was really great.

All in all everything was nice, had a quite comfortable stay for 3 nights. The hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is just a short walk from the city center. there is a local coffee shop nearby, making it easy to grab a quick breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. Guests can also enjoy a nice view from the upper levels of the hotel.

There seems to be a lack of plugs in the rooms, which might be inconvenient for guests who need to charge multiple devices.

The breakfast was dissappointing for a 4star hotel.

This is the second time i have stayed here, and it wont be the last.

The room was clean with a fine bed and hairdryers, shower caps, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Sofia. the location was fantastic - within walking distance of the city center and close to shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views from the upper levels. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

I thought it was great for the price I payed for my stay. The hotel was a lot better then I thought it would be. The room was very clean and not a bad size room and bath room. It was clean every day and new soap etc replaced. The swimming was fine and the weights room not to bad. I enjoy my stay there and would stay there again if i was goning back to Sofia. The location was in a good position and about a 15 minute walk to the main sights.

The air con did not work but I had a fan in the room which was a good.

This place has a beautiful decoration and the staff here are super efficient. You can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the mountains from the rooms. The bed is cozy, the bathroom is big, and there's central heating available. Additionally, each room includes a safe box and a multi-channel TV. 🏔️

We loved our stay here! The hotel is clean and well-equipped with facilities such as a power shower and quality toiletries. It's located within walking distance of the city center, and right at the roundabout is a little bakery selling some of the best borek. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. a fantastic experience!

Room I had was very poor and had very bad smell of damp or mould. Though some other parts of hotel has been refurbished so I was just unlucky

Reception stuff is very distrustful. When I made reservation on Booked.net I gave my card as a guarantee. The hotel can charge the card. Receptionists said this is not a guarantee for them. They said either I give them my ID card, either I pay the room on the spot. This is stupid and rude. Money is not a problem, I paid on the sport, in cash. I go to the restaurant, I eat, I ask: should I pay now or can I charge it on the room. No problem they said, you can put it on the room. After 5 minutes, the waiter comes back saying, I talked to the reception, they say is not possible to charge the lunch on the room. You have to pay now, here, in cash. This is stupid and rude. Money is not a problem, I paid on the sport, in cash. Hotel is pretty old. Needs refurbishing but… is still ok.
